Privacy policy

The operator of agilerace.cz and organizer of Agile Race is Symphera ("we", "the controller"). We'll add the exact company details (registration number, registered office) once we receive them from the client — if you need them sooner, write to us at info@agilerace.cz.

When you express interest in taking part through the registration form, that's your name, email, phone (optional), company name (optional), team name, and whatever you write in the message field.

The form doesn't send data to our server — clicking "Send interest" opens your device's email client with a pre-filled message addressed to info@agilerace.cz. Your data never passes through a database, because the site doesn't have one.

The site doesn't use any tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels. We don't collect visitor statistics or track your behavior on the site.

The site includes photos of the organizing team (with their consent, since it's a public role) and photos from past editions of the race, which may show identifiable participants. If you'd rather not appear in a photo and want it removed, write to us at info@agilerace.cz.

The site links to external services we don't control — Google Maps (venue location), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Znesnáze21 (the charity platform). If you follow these links, your data is handled under that service's own terms, not this policy.
