David Svoboda
David is a former Czech national team member in modern pentathlon, a three-time Olympian and winner of the 2012 Olympic Games, who won numerous medals at the World Championships, European Championships and World Cup. Today he is a coach of ASC Dukla and the Czech national women’s team and a graduate of FTVS UK.

Miloš Škorpil
Running naturally isn't rocket science - if you know how
We start with a light trot to warm up, to prepare the body for proper movement. Then we’ll do an individual analysis of each participant’s running style – filming their run and discussing key mistakes. We’ll demonstrate some simple tricks to help understand how to adjust technique for a more efficient and natural run. We’ll briefly explain how to set up your training so that running is enjoyable, motivating and leads to better performance in the long run.

Multi-activity for versatility, balance and health
This interactive workshop combines fun, teamwork and movement with important principles of versatility and balance. Participants will first test their knowledge in a short sports quiz, then engage in a discussion and lecture on the benefits of sport for physical and mental health. Topics include authenticity, resilience, competitiveness and strategy. Finally, they will try a shooting competition with laser guns. This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to actively develop their skills and experience sport as a pathway to a balanced lifestyle.

Workshop on coaching teams
This workshop will give you the opportunity to stop and reflect on how you function as a team. During the practical exercises you will be observed by an experienced coach who will focus on your communication, collaboration and group dynamics. Together, you’ll then break down strengths and areas where things are squeaking – and get concrete tips on how to improve team functioning. You’ll have a safe space for open reflection and new suggestions for more effective collaboration.
Pavel is a former basketball player and focuses on teamwork. After his sporting career, he became a consultant in personal development, leadership and teamwork.
