How do I register for Agile Race?

How much does registration cost?
The current price is listed on our website. The entry fee is paid for the whole five-member team at once. If you take part as an individual, the price corresponds to a single entry. The registration fee is paid in advance.
How do I get an invoice for the entry?
Issuing an invoice is an integral part of the registration process and the registration fee is paid in advance. Once your registration goes through, our organising team will contact you, settle the details with you and send you the invoice.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, that is possible. To make the change, please contact us directly at info@agilerace.cz or on +420 608 747 843.
I'm injured and can't take part. Do you refund the entry fee?
The entry fee is non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your registration to someone else, or your team can race with just 4 people.
Is there a registration deadline? How do I know if there are spots left?
Yes, the registration deadline is listed on our website. To check availability, write to info@agilerace.cz or call +420 608 747 843.
Can I add people to the team after registering?
Absolutely. To register, it is enough to sign up the team itself and pay the invoice. You can submit the individual names later, at the latest on the day the official registration closes.
Can I change my registration from an individual to a team?
Yes, that is possible. Just a reminder that the standard team size is 5 people.
What is included in the entry fee?
The entry fee covers the race entry itself and the charity contribution.
Where can I learn more about the charity part of the event?
The charity fundraisers run on the Znesnáze21 donation platform. We will email you the details for the current edition once your registration is complete.

Where do I find all the important information before the event?
We will email you all the detailed and important information in good time.
What should I do when I arrive on race day?
Head straight to the registration point with your team. There you will get complete instructions and all the information about the race.
What should I wear and bring?
Dress for the current weather – the event goes ahead outdoors in any conditions. We recommend proper outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes. A waterproof jacket pays off in the rain, a hat on a sunny day.
Where and when are the results published?
The official results are announced on site right after the race finishes.
When is the money transferred to the fundraisers?
We process the transfer of the raised funds to the fundraising accounts without delay, as soon as it is technically possible on our side.
